Are these some cute kids or what?! Chris and I took the kids yesterday to get our family photo taken at Sears, this is a picture that Chris took of the kids with our camera. The pose is actually better than any of the ones that she took, just a little grainy, but oh well :)
I’ve slowed down, a lot on the blogging lately for those of you who hadn’t noticed! It’s been a little busier around here with another family member, and I’ve been really trying to take it easy. Aidan is our pickiest eater, and getting meals from outside sources has been a good challenge for him :) Tonight I was heating up some soup that some great friends from church provided for us, Aidan asked me what we were having for dinner. After I told him he asked, “Mommy, are you still healing?” :) I’m sure he is looking forward to the cooking that he’s used to, but we are all thankful for the meals that our wonderful friends have blessed us with! So my answer to my son was, “yes honey, I’m still healing. Having a baby is hard work isn’t it?” He knows it is, he saw how hard I had to work to get the baby out and he told nana Joan that “mommy is strong” :)
Sometimes I feel really great but the last couple days I’ve been feeling like I’ve been doing too much, and I think I’m fighting a cold. So trying to lay low still, in spite of my desire to just get going and get back into the swing of life! I know that I need to do less and buy a few more frozen pizzas! Actually I bought some the other day, I haven’t bought a frozen pizza for years!
Well, if you would like to see some pictures of the cutest little boy, you can click on the picture above and it will take you to the others. I just don’t have the time or energy to write much more about them all :) The kids love the new baby, we are really enjoying him. He such a good baby, I couldn’t be more blessed!
