I’ve actually tried many of the coffee from Fidalgo Bay and I have to say the coffee is really good. I especially like the Fidalgo Gold Serenity. I think it does have a smooth, slightly sweet flavor. I’m a more, give me the gusto kind of coffee drinker and like the Fidalgo Organic Expresso Blend. Though it says spicy, complex body, I don’t think it’s spicy at all. I find it has a rich, smooth, bold flavor. Haven’t gotten to the rest of the coffee yet. Still finishing up the Organic Expresso Blend.
