Ouch! That had to hurt. I hope she heals up quickly. Your garden is beautiful! We're hoping to plant a nice, big garden next summer. I am really looking forward to it. By then, hopefully we'll have our chicken coop built, our yard in, some landscaping done and we can enjoy gardening. What a beautiful view from your home! It just occurred to me that we have never been there! I'm thinking that it would be fun to have you and Rana over for a little play date some day soon. It was fun catching up with you. Poor little Cait! Sweet baby, that must have really hurt. My Sam was stung today too...right on the forehead. He and Gracie and the neighbor boy were out flying kites and a few bees started going after the boys. The neighbor was stung twice. Yikes! Feisty bee day, I guess. :( Your garden does look great!

Last year at summer camp we were surrounded by bees( thousands and thousands) as the cook I poured maple syrup on a plate and went back to work. They were very satisfied. When we got home we all went into the hot tub. As Ona was getting into relax mode a bee came and stung here on the lip. Sad day for Ona sure wish I would have known that all it takes is a PBJ sandwich to ease the pain!! Love you Kelley Oh baby! The whole time I was imagining it was Guenna and couldn't figure out why she would put the bee in her mouth. It didn't dawn on methat it was litle Cait until the sucking thumb part. Poor baby! Juliet is even afraid of fuzz balls that slightly resemble bugs! She'll see fuzz on the carpet and go "Ooh ooh! NO NO NO!!!" and step on it. :) Your gardens look great Jenni. ~Liz Oh sad!
