One of my birthday presents

My birthday isn't until Tuesday but they had a birthday party for me at my mother and father in-law's house last night, it was a very special dinner and sweet time with family. I was especially thrilled with the four littlest birthday party guests that came, they were so cute!
I got a new drill today as part of my birthday present, and we got a 10" miter saw!!! It was on sale and we really needed it :) I'm also excited about the lawnmower we purchased off of craigslist, it's almost new and we got an amazing deal. I will be able to use this lawnmower myself because it is so light. It will be nice to have the option of doing it, instead of having to wait for Chris, he gets pretty busy these days :)
Thanks everyone for the fun party, and the very sweet gifts. I will talk about my gifts later. But I wanted to show you my new drill. Oh yeah and wanted to say that we are getting a few more chickens tomorrow, I'm really excited about that! And I think this will be all for us for chickens :) Well, good night and have a great week! I'm sure you will be seeing more pictures (and don't forget to
sign up for the apron if you haven't already!)

Good Morning Jenni,
I look forward to seeing what you will build with your handy drill!! i am sure it will amaze us!! Happy early Birthday.
Love you Kelley
A birthday to thrill any woman!?! Well, Jenni anyway!!
At first glance I thought…’a drill’??? And then, being a mom myself, I thought…’duh! It makes perfect sense…we do a lot of work too’! Good for you Jen! Tools aren’t only men’s b-day presents! Happy Birthday a couple days early!
I’m sure I will have plenty to make with them, I’m just waiting for the rain to die down and it to get a little warmer so I can get out there and fix up the coop a bit :) Thanks for the birthday wishes, today I am in my 20′s, tomorrow is a whole new world for me! I’m joining my husband in his decade now!
One of the best gifts my husband ever gave me was a set of drill bits. I use them all the time. I love tools. We, as women, NEED to know how to use tools of all kinds. A lot of the tools we use in the kitchen could be made obsolete if we really think about it. My mother-in-law was having difficulty with using her battery-operated whisk to make creme freche….so I suggested that we get the power drill. I attached the whisk to the drill and voila – wonderful creme freche. She just looked at me in utter amazement. My husband’s birthday is also tomorrow. We are going out for dinner and then the kids will wrestle with him and have a pillow fight. Happy birthday to you – enjoy your birthday “month”!
Happy Birthday Jenni!
The new hens are totally cool!! How many did you get, and be sure and write comments on the other pictures so we all know what we are looking at!
Happy Birthday, Sister!! What a fine woman you have become and continue to become. I love you and I’m proud of you and am VERRRY glad you are my sister.
Have a wonderful day! Look forward to hearing about your other gifts.
Welcome to the 30′s!
Ok… So what happened to the Pink Drill??? Yes this one probably will work just fine but… A Pink one! Happy birthday to you and being 30 is not to bad, you will get used to it ;)
