I’ve posted a few more recipes this week and like I’ve said before, there are always more to come! Pick those apples and make some yummy Crock Pot Applesauce, a recipe to make Dehydrated Crispy Almonds (an alternative to roasted almonds), and a fun summer favorite, Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps. After all that cooking you might need a few tips on Meal Time: Clean Up! Another one of the authors posted a delicious sounding recipe for Barbequed Tofu, wow! Enjoy :)

    Hi Jenni,
I enjoyed catching up on your blog after being away. Didn’t read as much as I liked but will later. Trying to get ready to “officially” start homeschool on monday. Daaaaaah!

Miss you all & glad to be back

I just had to tell you Jenni, we are making your homemade applesauce today! I had taken Kaden to my sister Julia’s in Morgan Hill this morning, and we picked a bunch of apples from a couple of her trees. Then I remembered seeing this idea on your blog, so when we got back home I started it up, and it smells just delicious now! I can’t wait till it is finished cooking and we get to try it! Plus, it has gotten a lot colder here this week, so I think we will try eating it warm as soon as it’s done. :) Thanks for sharing the reciples!

I miss you too Liz, I’m so glad you are back! I was hoping to see you and the fam on Sunday but no there was a whole row of empty seats :)

Catherine, I’m so glad to inspire you! Hope the sauce turns out! I can’t believe you only have two weeks left in your pregnancy, can’t wait to see photos of the new little guy! Bless you!
