Fun at the museum

Yesterday we had a fun day at the Children’s museum. I was a little distracted. We were the only family there so we had pretty much taken over the place. It was so quiet I could hear all the kids from where I was standing at the front counter talking to the lady. The place is pretty much child-proof, except for the paint in the art room. I was talking away when we turned around to see my lovely daughter so happily carrying the paint container which she had been using to paint her face, her clothes, her hands and mouth. On her way to show her mommy her talented artwork she left a sweet and beautiful trail of bright green paint through the museum. Oh my, mommy just happened to have the camera. I figured, it can’t get much worse, might as well take a picture right? We cleaned her up and left shortly thereafter, she left with nothing on but a diaper and her shoes, and happy as a clam! Fun memories though, I’m glad I had my camera :) Look at her in that first picture, doesnt she look happy and oh so proud of herself!

And the boys, being their silly selves today…laid their couch out and took a “nap” because they were feeling “sick” Poor boys. Not really, they were just pretending, but aren’t they cute?!

Wow! You have quite the artist on your hands. How precious!

Looks like Guenna is already proving that she will definitely be giving you a run for your money and keeping up with her big brothers! Your story certainly made me laugh…this is such a fun age, and yet when we look away for one minute who knows what they will be getting into!

I’m sure that must be washable paint, but what a sight!! Did you get it all out of that cute outfit? She is one busy little girl!!
