Long, busy, but fun day

After a long day, I am so ready to go to bed right now! I just finished making two casseroles, one for us this week and one for our friends who had a baby last week. This morning we went to Home Depot for our project of the month and the boys loved making a race car! Then we went to a birthday party for a dear friend Lindsey who is the daughter of a former pastor of ours. I can't believe she is already 16! Happy Birthday Lindsey! I was so nice to see so many people we know:) We got home around 5:00 pm and the kids had not taken a nap yet but fell asleep on the way home, we were debating waking them up but we were so tired we didn't want to deal with grouchy boys at that point so we let them sleep for awhile, and now everyone is back in bed, sleeping soundly. All except me, and that is where I am headed right now! Hope everyone has a wonderful Lord's Day!

Hi Sis, I wish I was in bed, too. I have 3 more hours at work. I was thinking, as I heading to work, hmmm. . .8 hours at work isn’t that bad. I have six months until I get to married, so 8 hours isn’t that bad. :) I posted some pictures of the wedding site, San’s baptism and of myself golfing. I haven’t made a blog yet though. Not enough time yet. We had a lot of fun today. I was thinking today about when I first started learning to play golf. I was so impatient with myself and struggled with my attitude. But over the last couple years, the patience of the Lord and Sanford have been working on me, helping me relax. So, we had a lot of fun today and I calmed knowing that Sanford wasn’t going to freak out on me if I didn’t perform perfectly. He’s a lovely man. I’m blessed. He’s such an encouragement to me.
    Love you, sis!
