Christmas cookie pictures

I finished uploading my Christmas cookie pictures. Believe it or not, the sugar cookies are from a package from Costco. I’ve been wanting to make cookies with the boys, actually Aidan has been begging me to make cookies and I’ve been putting it off. We had so much fun, it was fun showing them how to do it and letting them be creative. But you have to watch them because if you don’t they will eat half a batch of cookie dough and a cup of frosting. I’m glad we did it, but next time I’m going to look for a smaller snowman cutter, he was huge! :) I’m sure they love it though! I will post the videos later, they are really cute! I think we will start our own show ;)
I love sugar cookies (though instead of sprinkles I use colored icing. Have you ever tried that?)
But the last time I tried using cookie cutters, I realized it was a LOT more work to use cookie cutters. How do you roll them out? Do you have a trick to make it easy?
