Doing Better…
Well, we are on the mend. Chris is still feeling the effects of being sick all week and still working a lot of hours. But we will have a long weekend so hopefully he will be able to recover by next week. Eamon is still pretty lathargic. He just lays around all day, but is finally starting to be able to eat a little bit again (it's hard to watch your little one be so sick that he refuses food, especially Eamon who is normally a really good eater!) But I think he is on the mend as well, still diarhea and a vomitting a bit (but that was only because he was throwing a fit!) Thank you by the way to all of you who left encouraging words and prayed for us while we were sick. It was a challenging week, but we got through it and are glad to be on this side of the flu (still praying that Aidan doesn't get it!)
Tamara and Sanford and my mom are coming tomorrow, they will be here until Monday, we are really excited to see them! I so miss my sister and we are really looking forward to being able to get to know Sanford better. So, if I seem absent the next few days it's because we are enjoying our company. And Guenna is going to be baptized on Sunday which will be really exciting, looking forward to posting pictures of our weekend. Hope you all have a lovely weekend!
Hey guys – I am also glad to hear you are on the mend. It was quite draining when Ethen was sick, I can’t imagine more than one more child or family member on top of that. God is good and He knows what we can handle, and then some, huh?! So, Tam and San are coming? Is she coming for her birthday? You’ll have to post some pics for all of us to see them. Are they engaged yet? or talking about it? I may have missed the announcement. Talk to you soon.
I’m so glad you are doing better! It’s tough to have the family sick….it just seems to drag on, doesn’t it?
I hope you are enjoying your visit with family.
We would still love to get together sometime soon!
Blessings,
jana
So glad to hear you are all feeling better. Hope you had a great time with your company!
