Jack!!!
I just have to tell a cute little story about Eamon. A couple mornings ago Eamon came into my bed with me around 6 am and fell back to sleep. Around 7:30 or so we both woke up to the sound of tractors backing up in the distance, "beep, beep, beep." Eamon excitedly pointed at the window behind him for me to pull up the blind and exclaimed, "Gack!!!" Jack is the front loader tractor in one of the Thomas the tank engine movies we have. Since we also have the little figure and Jack is one of Aidan's favorites, all tractors are "Gack" to Eamon. I don't think I have ever heard him try to say tractor. He pretty much sticks to the one syllyable words. It is so fun watching his personality develop, he makes Chris, Aidan and I laugh all the time. Today Eamon was doing something and Aidan says about Eamon, "cute little boy." Then again, he was also noticing something Eamon was doing wrong and he said something like, "no honey, be careful, don't do that." They pretty much mimic everything we say! :) Guenna isn't talking yet, but I think she's close! :)
We are all doing really well. I think the adjustment to a family of five has been an easier adjustment than from three to four. I've been really happy that the weather has been nicer, the boys have been enjoying the sunshine and I have been enjoying taking the boys on walks through town. I've never lived in a place where I could just pack the kids into the stroller and go on a good walk without having to load the kids in the car. It's really nice, I'm feeling a little more hopeful about losing more of the pregnancy weight. :) I've been blogging a little less, but getting a little more done around the house. There is definately a balance, I think were in the process of finding it. God has really been speaking to me through the book I am reading about chores, I love it and would recommend it to anyone who feels discouraged about managing their home. It is really insightful, I'm sure I will have more to say later on, only through about a third of the book.
Guenna is calling and I need to get some things done before I head to bed. Good night.
Your children make me laugh, Jen! I love ‘em!
Give the boys a “Happy Boy’s Day” kiss from their Auntie!
Love you sis! See you in less than a month, 28 days to be exact!
It’s funny you are reading that book. Me, Carol and my cousin Ben were at the book store last night had came across this book: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0747574022/qid=1146957673/sr=1-3/ref=sr_1_3/002-3288257-3480016?s=books&v=glance&n=283155. It was a cute little book on helping a man remember the old ways of keeping your house in shape. Stuff like checking for infestations, weather striping your door and such…

Thanks for the tip Doug ;)
