Burns kids in the tulips
April 17th, 2006 by Jenni
Today the weather was so nice that we all hopped into the car and drove out to find some tulips. Boy were we impressed! The fields were so full of color and the flowers were just at the perfect stage for taking pictures. The boys had a lot of fun walking around the fields and getting their feet all muddy.
We took a lots of pictures including some fun shots of individual flowers so you’ll have to take a look on the set we put together of all of them.
By the way, I did a lot of posts today so you might need to click on the next page to see them all :)

Jenni-
I love checking out your site. You ALWAYS update, unlike most of us! Your babies are so beautiful and it is obvious that you adore them. I still adore mine and I know to some it might be a little obnoxious that I can’t keep from making comments like “Isn’t he the cutest little boy in the world?” and he’s a 6 foot 2 inch little boy who weighs close to 200 pounds and is 15 years old! But God made me that way and just can’t help it! (Your mom was a huge influence on me: She always bragged on you kids and you turned out so wonderful I decided to openly brag a little on my own. It seems to have worked as they are all still adorable and sweet!)
Your little baby girl is absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to meet her!
Love you, sweetie.

The one thing to remember is she updates in the middle of the night, not the day (usually)
Hey Jenni,
I can’t remember if I already have left you a message or not ( it’s the whole blond from Alabama thing, ha).
My husband used to be a pastor (Children’s) at your in law’s church; Josh and Sasha.
Anyway, I love reading your site; you inspire me to be a better mom and wife ( and love the Lord more as well).
I watched a show on TLC the other night that made me think of you guys; a family with 16 ( yes.. you read that correctly) children ( all their children), and they just had the neatest family. The mother just loved being a mom and wife and knew it was her calling from God. It inspired me ( and put me to shame at the same time, ha ha!).
You guys are doing a great job training your children to know and love God.
People notice the difference. Keep up the good work… keep up the “God” work!
Hugs,
Sasha
PS. Your little girl is BEAUTIFUL! I might have to get one of those one day ( a girl!). :)
I so enjoyed viewing your beautiful photos, Jenni. You have such a photogenic family, and the tulips are just beautiful! What a lovely place to spend the day, enjoying God’s creation as well as your wonderful children. God bless!
