My poor little boy!

Remember I was saying that Eamon has been pretty clingy the last couple days? Well it's because he's sick. He woke up with a pretty high fever from his nap and REALLY clingy. Chris was home for lunch and I heard Eamon in the other room crying, and Chris exclaiming, "Eamon needs a bath! He just threw up and is standing in it!"  So we managed to clean him up and he sat in my lap for quite some time (he never does this unless he's sick or ready for bed), and it was nice to have Chris home because he helped me clean up the rest of the mess. Just what we need right now huh? :) Hoping that Aidan doesn't get it (along with the rest of the family!)

Oh, bummer!!! Boy…you guys have really been sick this season! I’m sorry to hear this. The kids have continued to pray for your family every night, so I’m sure that we’ll be lifting you up tonight.
I hope he’s well very soon and that nobody else gets it…especially you!
    Hugs and prayers,
    jana

Poor little guy, praying for his swift recovery and the health of the rest of your family! I’m sure this is the last thing you needed during this time…hopefully everyone will be healthy again when baby sister arrives.
    Lots of love and prayers,
    Catherine

Thanks Jana and Catherine, it’s kind of strange, Eamon seems totally fine now. He was down this morning and then as soon as he threw up and the fever came down he has seemed fine ever since and is keeping food down and is so much less cranky than he has been the last couple days. I’m thinking that everyone’s prayers are doing us some good! Thank you everyone for praying!

We just finished praying for your family and I thought I’d check to see if there was any “new” news. I’m so glad to hear this! Praise the Lord!
Have a wonderful evening and I pray that you’ll get well rested….because I think you’re going to have this baby!:):)

Sis, I love you so much. I wish I knew these caring and attentive friends of yours. They are so sweet and interested in you. Wish I was there to make you laugh and give you a massage and rub below your medial malleolus (inside ankle bone) :-) and try to send you into labor. You probably can’t reach it at this point. You’re the bomb, sis! Hang in; she’s trying to make a grand entrance. Besides there are so few girls in our family, she couldn’t show up on time. Love you!
    Talk to you soon!

  6. *chuckles* I find myself checking as well more often to see if there is any new news, even though I still do think she’s waiting for March 20.

What is with these third children of ours? I can completly relate to what you are feeling. What you need to do is forget about “is this the real thing” (which you said you’ve done) and then you need to make a batch of bannana bread. Before you pull it out of the oven she should be on her way. The nice thing about having a home birth…you can let it finish cooking. You don’t have to worry about traveling to the hospital. I love you Jen and I’ve been praying for you. Remember, God’s timing is perfect! And He is in control!
