Little trip to the Bellingham mall

After church on Sunday we went to the Bellingham mall to do a little walking (just in case it might help things along a bit), for lunch, a stop at Motherhood Maternity, and of course the boys played in the play area! It is always a madhouse in there but the kids love it! Chris took some pictures of the boys playing, I loved this one, Eamon is amazing how he just plays by himself for long periods of time without getting scared or bored :) It must be a second-born thing!

We uploaded a few others for your enjoyment :)

What an adorable picture! I love it!

It sounds like you had a really nice day together as a family. How are you feeling, Jenni? You’re in my prayers, daily…can’t wait for some news!:):)

Have a wonderful day…btw….I’m glad you like the muffins, they’re one of our favorite mainstays…in fact I think I’ll make a triple batch of those today and some raw granola bars…then snacks will be ready to grab for a few days.

    Blessings and a hug,
    Jana

Thanks Jana, I’m feeling pretty good except for the fact that things start to get really uncomfortable at this stage of the pregnancy. I keep telling Chris, “ok, I’m ready, I’m done being pregnant.” Could have something to do with the fact that I cleaned our whole house yesterday, swept, vacuumed, did laundry and the dishes. I guess I would feel a little awful after all that most days :)

It is so fun to keep up with you and your family via blogging! Jenni, I pray that the last few weeks of your pregnancy will be easy (as easy as it can be!). Blessings to both of you.

My kids always love playing at the mall playing area. Eamon looks like quite the little climber! And I just realized that if I click on one of the photos, it takes me to a whole slideshow with lots and lots of pictures (don’t ask me why I didn’t realize this before!). So Heather and I just enjoyed looking at lots of pictures of your family (but not quite all of them). :)
I’ve been trying to walk too…I took Jesse and Heather for a short walk today in the jogging stroller, but was too tired to walk for too long pushing both of them. :)

Yes Catherine, I’m sure you can sympathize with exactly how I am feeling right now :) How are you? Any signs that your little guy might come early? For your sake I hope so!!

  6. Nickie says:

Good pictures… Sounds like Eamon is like Will – very independent & loves to climb. Will never did look back to see where I was, he just kept on going forward! So glad your mall has a play area, I wish ours did!!

  7. Catherine says:

Unfortunately no signs of an early arrival yet, although I’m feeling more and more uncomfortable by the day (hour?), so I sure hope so!

I can totally relate to the feeling Catherine :) It’s good to know there’s someone else out there feeling as miserable as me :) But just when I’m feeling sorry for myself God reminds me of how truly blessed I am and that I should not complain!

Nickie, Eamon and Aidan are total opposites, Aidan can hardly play five minutes without needing my help! But he is also a great helper himself and is constantly longing to be at my side helping me with my tasks, which I am sure will pay off one day. Eamon on the other hand is NOT a people pleaser and sometimes I wonder if he will ever long to please his parents by obeying them! :) But on the other hand I am sure that he will have strong character and immoveability when it comes to those who try to sway him :) We all have our strengths right?!
