First meal cooked in our new house!
Yes we have been here since Saturday and today, Tuesday, is the first time I have used the stove to prepare a meal for my family! But now that I have shelves and my food is all put away I feel settled enough to get some dishes dirty :)
When Chris was taking this picture I told him that maybe I would also use this picture as my 34 week pregnant picture. He said, "oh I don't know if you want to use this picture for your pregnancy blog." Could it be that the picture isn't all that flattering? Yes, those are Chris' clothes I am wearing! Aidan was impressed! "Mommy wearing daddy's shirt?!" :) Okay, I agree with you hon!
Oh, and by the way, I am making mac 'n' cheese-only the best for my family!
lol I think the picture looks fine. :) It must feel nice to be getting settled into your house and be able to start setting up your kitchen and cook again. Your shelves look really cute.

No. I just was reading about it yesterday afternoon and it sounded wonderful and I thought if I mentioned it you might ask for the recipe :)
But I haven’t tried it (yet) so I don’t like to recommend things I haven’t tried.
