Pickled Beans

Had a busy weekend. Last night my mother and sister in law and I canned pickled beans, 22 pints. Lots of fun but it is always a lot of work. And after all those hours that we put in it sure doesn't like a whole lot of beans! :) But they are pretty and we should have some yummy pickled beans right in time for Thanksgiving!

Tonight we watched "Flight of the Phoenix" (the old one), with the boys and ate popcorn and drank coolaid. I think Eamon ate a whole bag of popcorn to himself! Christian is just getting back from purchasing some jeans and getting diapers for me at Wal-Mart. Must go to bed!
